How long will my Chameleon bottle retain temperatures?
Purist bottles keep drinks hot for 12 hours and cold for 24 hours, depending on what lid style you have.
What materials are the bottles made of?
Chameleon bottles are made with 3 layers of durable 304 stainless steel.
Where are Chameleon bottles made?
Chameleon bottles are designed in California and made in China. Orders ship from our facility in Irvine, CA.
How do I care for my Chameleon bottle?
We recommend washing all Chameleon bottles and tops by hand. To clean, simply rinse with warm water and mild detergent or use a soft cloth as needed.

How long does processing and handling take?
Processing and handling takes 2-3 business days. After that time, your order will ship and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

What shipping options do you offer?
In the US, we’ve partnered with USPS to provide standard and express shipping services. Transit times are generally 2- 7 business days after fulfillment unless there are unavoidable delays with the carrier. Your shipping preference can be selected at check out. Please note that transit times may vary, and we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Contact info@chameleonbottles.com for additional information. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii only ship FedEx 2-Day but can take up to 3 days to arrive. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
All international orders ship FedEx Priority.
How is shipping cost determined?
In the US, shipping cost is set at a flat rate per package depending on where the delivery address is located within the US.
International shipping costs are determined by location.
